Record Editor
You may prefer to operate on data one record at a time instead of in the data grid. You can do this using the record editor. This is a window that displays one record at a time and may be useful in data entry it also allows you access to some functionality not available in the grid, such as the ability to update graphic fields.
You access the record viewer by clicking on the record book icon on the upper left hand corner of the data grid.
